- I teach dynamical systems theory to Graduate Students. A couple of years ago I gave them a project of creating web content of what they would have wanted available based on what they know now. This includes introduction to systems ideas, some syntax in R for doing exploration, and explanation of various plots and jargon. Enjoy!!
- I gave a talk on making dynamical systems approachable. We can do the basic ideas in regression and multilevel modeling and these basic ideas are way beyond current thinking.
- I have a paper showing how to examine coordination using Structural Equation Modeling. This allows us to generate a much more advanced solution. I use latent change score modeling to illustrate the ideas. Syntax in Mplus is included.
- I have another paper testing the cusp catastrophe model in Multilevel Modeling where Control Parameers are unknown. Syntax is SPSS Mixed is included.
- I presented at COMPTies some ideas on how to make dynamical systems and complex modeling clearer through graphics
- Sync (Systems 'n Coffee - a brown bag reading group on systems theory at the University of Utah) ran a project we called the One Cup-L project where we analyzed heart rate data from a single day of a couple's life using many systems analytic techniques.
